MANDATORY ONLINE FILING OF ANNUAL REPORTS BEGINS January 1, 2012.
Pursuant to Public Act 11-146, "An Act Concerning Business Entity Filings", all annual reports must be filed online. Businesses will no longer receive paper reports for filing.
